HANSA E-commerce Terms:

Dispatch
Orders placed before 10:00 AM local time on a business day will be dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders received after 10:00 AM local time will be dispatched on the next business day. In the event of stock unavailability, you will be notified regarding the estimated delivery time.

Delivery
Click & Collect – For customers who are located near a local HANSA stocking dealer, you will be able to collect your purchase(s) in-store. The specific store details will be provided to you when your order is processed, and once your online order is ready, you will be notified via email for collection. With Click & Collect, your local dealer will complete your pre-delivery set-up, with your chipper will be ready for immediate use upon collection.  
Delivery – For customers who are unable to collect from their local HANSA dealer, or there is no stocking dealer nearby, we can deliver our products to most locations across Australia. With this option, machines would arrive in a box, with step-by-step assembly instructions provided in the Owner’s Manual that comes with your machine.
At present, freight companies are reporting longer than usual delivery times. Residential deliveries are ranging between 2-5 days, rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days. We are working closely with our freighters to ensure the best service to you.

Returns & Exchanges
Online orders may be exchanged provided that the products are in their original condition and packaging. Unless your item is faulty, does not meet acceptable quality, or does not meet its description, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it (no fuel in engines). Returns and exchanges must be made in person to the dealer you completed your online purchase at. Click here to view our full Returns Policy.

HANSA Full Returns Policy:
1. Returning or Exchanging an Online Order
1.1 HANSA allows online purchases to be returned or exchanged if you change your mind, receive faulty items or incorrect item. We happily accept returns or exchanges if we are contacted within 3 working days from when you receive your order . Unless your item is faulty, does not meet acceptable quality, or does not meet its description, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it (no fuel in engines). It must also be in the original packaging and you must present proof of purchase.
1.2 If your online purchase is completed by collection in-store at a HANSA dealer please note the in-store refund process and policy may be different the Online Purchases Policy.
1.3 When you purchase a machine via HANSA ONLINE and collection a collection point is organised, your local dealer will contact you when it is ready for collection. At this time they will ask if you would like it to be assembled and fuelled prior to collection. If you request for the machine to be fuelled, please note the store does not need to accept it as a return as the machine will no longer be in its original condition (unless your item is faulty, does not meet acceptable quality, or does not meet its description).
1.4 You will receive your refund by the same method of payment that your purchase was made. No cash refunds will be provided.

2. Where do I Return the Product
2.1 Subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act, any products returned for exchange or refund are returned at the purchaser's expense to the store you completed your purchase from. We do not accept returns via courier to either our dealer’s stores or HANSA headquarters.

3. Returning/Exchanging Items to a Different Dealer Store
3.1 As our Dealers’ stores are all owned independently by local owners, we request you make any returns or exchanges to the store where your order was fulfilled. However, if this is not possible headquarters can accept your return and the refund will be processed by our central customer service team. This will be done within 5 working days and it could take 2-3 additional days to be visible on your card. You will be given paperwork as proof of your return which will be authorized by the store staff.
3.2 We cannot exchange products that were purchased at a different online store.

4. Refunding Shipping Costs
4.1 Your shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is found to be faulty does not meet acceptable quality or does not meet its description.

5. Faulty Items
5.1 Although very rare, if the product you have received is faulty, does not meet acceptable quality, or does not meet its description, we will meet our obligations under both our warranty and the Consumers Guarantees Act.
5.2 Please return the product to the HANSA dealer where you collected your online purchase from. We do not accept returns via courier to either our stores or distribution centre. If your product is found to be faulty or to not meet acceptable quality or its description, we will also refund the shipping costs for the entire order.
